From 2001 to date, Fazaldad Institute has 28 human rights diploma courses. In the Diploma courses about 900 administrators, Professors, Principals, headmasters, lawyers, judges, Education administrators Police officers and senior officers were trained to help them introduce human rights education effectively in their jurisdiction. These participants will act as a nucleus to spread the knowledge that they have acquired to their fellow staff members, students and other teachers. The multiplier effect of this method is enormous.
Each course has an average of 30 participants. They hail from the four provinces, the capital; Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) and Azad Kashmir and include teachers from Teachers Training Colleges; Principals and Headmasters from Government Colleges and Schools; and teachers of federal government training bodies like National Institute of Public Administration, Pakistan Administrative Staff College, Civil Services Academy, Judicial Academy, Police Academy and Secretariat Training Institute. During the week-long deliberations, participants are provided with intensive familiarization with, and sensitization on, basic human rights focusing especially on the three vulnerable groups i.e. women, children and minorities. Upon return to their jobs, the participants are expected to train other teachers and their fellow staff members who, in turn, can impart the same knowledge to their students in all these institutions. These master trainers thus act as a nucleus to disseminate the knowledge they have acquired in the courses to others in the community. The Main Contents of the programs are as follows
